Investor to provide CIS with a BCL or RWA from his bank addressed to himself as the bank client,

With those documents we will issue term sheet

Once client sign the term sheet we will issue our agreement to be presented to the bank

Upon acceptance of the agreement we will email the investor banker to confirm the BCL or the RWA are valid and upon confirmation we will immediately swift MT799 followed with MT760

Client has 5 business days to pay for the instrument.

Maximum first tranche is 500M Euro
